You can run subscribe.cgi now. subscribe.cgi will check maillist mailbox for subscription and unsubscription requests by the users. This will create and send all needed messages to those users. You can run it from here before create cron jobs for subscribe.cgi or set-up mail daemon to run subscribe.cgi automatically after message is arrived to maillist mailbox.
